All of the abrasives/cleaners/polish (Meguiar's 105, wet/dry paper, bonnets, buffer, etc.) I got at my local Pep Boys.  I used Simple Green to pre-clean the plastics.

The Loctite #3926   we use a number of Loctite light-cure adhesives in the assembly of our medical products, so I contacted our Loctite rep and asked him for a sample of their best product for bonding dissimilar plastics and he gave me a free tube.
I got the polycarbonate screws and nuts and nylon washers from Amazon.com.
Hope that helps.--DaveW5DT
